Refund & Batch Policy

1. Digital Course Access

Once your payment slip is verified and access to our live class sessions, mentorship curriculum, and student community is granted, the fee is non-refundable. Please make sure you have read the course syllabus and duration before sending fee payments.

2. Duplicate or Overpayment Refunds

If you accidentally made a double transfer via JazzCash or Easypaisa, our accounts team will verify the bank transaction and refund the extra amount within 3 business days. Reach out directly on our WhatsApp helpdesk with both transaction IDs.

3. Shifting to Another Batch

If you have an urgent medical, family, or work emergency, you can request to pause your mentorship and join the next upcoming batch without paying any extra fee. Just inform our team within your first week.
